Ms. Kaplan concentrates her practice in the areas of
estate planning, probate and guardianship, consumer
bankruptcy and foreclosure defense. She is licensed
as an attorney in both Florida and Georgia.
Having worked for many years with firms in Atlanta,
Georgia, Ms. Kaplan has extensive experience in the
area of estate planning for probate, asset
protection and tax minimization. In addition, she
was also a certified financial planner for Wachovia
Wealth Management, where she advised high net-worth
clients using cutting-edge estate tax, income tax
and charitable planning strategies.
