 Ms.
Davydova concentrates her practice in the area of
business and employment related immigration law. She
works with clients to file immigration petitions
based on business, investment and employment
relationships including non-immigrant visas, labor
certification and immigrant petitions.
During her legal studies, Ms. Davydova was an
active member of the Trial Team, participating in
national competitions and receiving numerous Book
Awards for highest achievement in her classes. She
was also a legal intern at Darden Restaurants, a
Fortune 500 company, in the areas of employment law,
real estate, securities and litigation. Ms. Davydova
went on to serve as a volunteer with Catholic
Charities immigration workshops.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Davydova was a
real estate agent, delivering real estate and
property management assistance to Russian speaking
clients. A native of Ekaterinburg, Russia, Ms.
Davydova provides immigration services to
Russian-speaking clients nationwide.
