Ms.
Daniela Schneider Pulcini concentrates her practice
in the area of business immigration law. She
prepares and files immigration petitions founded on
business, employment, or investment relationships.
Born and raised in Brazil, Ms. Pulcini built a
successful law career in Brazil, working as a legal
manager and in-house counsel for a Fortune-500
company, where she was directly responsible to
provide legal opinions and guidance to commercial,
marketing, HR, operations, and finance teams in
areas of commercial agreements, employment law,
environmental compliance, and foreign corruption
practice act. She also managed a team of in-house
counsels as well as outsourced legal network
consisting of the top legal and investigative firms
in Brazil.
In 2006, Ms. Pulcini immigrated to the United
States. She graduated from the Master of Laws
Program at University of Florida – Levin College of
Law. During her studies at University of Florida,
Ms. Pulcini was a member of the Honor Committee,
with the authority to enforce the Code of Ethics. In
addition, she worked as a Research Assistant,
providing legal research and writing on projects
involving international trade agreements. She also
served as a judicial intern for the Ninth Judicial
Circuit Court of Florida, performing legal research
and writing court orders.
