Scot Andrew Silzer is a former Attorney for the Human Resources Office of the Florida Board of Regents and a former General Counsel for the University of Central Florida and Metropolitan State College of DenverHe has extensive experience in labor and employment arbitrations and human resource issues. For the past ten years, Mr. Silzer has been in private practice focusing on immigration and employment law.

Bachelors in Mathematics from Knox College; Masters in Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago; Juris Doctor from DePaul University; and LL.M. in Labor Law from Georgetown University.
