International Perspective ...
We are a diverse group of legal professionals with
specialized expertise, experience and backgrounds.
Our team is ethnically, culturally, and racially
diverse and the multicultural environment of our
firm makes us especially cognizant of the unique
needs and perspectives of our clients. Our staff is
multi-lingual and speaks English, Spanish,
Portuguese, Dutch, Russian, French and Arabic.
Over the past 15 years, SilzerLaw has earned an
international reputation for our expertise in U.S.
immigration law. Although based in Orlando, Florida,
we provide immigration representation to clients
throughout the United States and abroad. We
regularly assist U.S. employers in petitioning for
highly qualified employees from around the world.
We guide clients successfully through the cumbersome
and complex immigration process. Because of caps on
visas and retrogressed priority dates, the timing of
petitions and applications is crucial. This can be
challenging; yet, because of our expertise, we can
assist our clients in strategic immigration planning
to meet both their short-term and long-term goals.
This helps clients feel confident that they will not
be foreclosed from opportunities to reside, seek
employment or bring their relatives to the United
States. In addition to the customary temporary
non-immigrant visas, our firm has successfully
handled a multitude of complex PERM labor
certifications, national interest waivers, petitions
for outstanding researchers and professors and EB-1
petitions for extraordinary aliens. Our clients are
as diverse as international scientists doing
cutting-edge research and world famous circus
performers and ballet dancers.
SilzerLaw strives for the highest quality client
service insuring that each client receives
responsive attention. We realize and understand that
every case is different because each individual
client’s needs, background and experience are
unique. We respect our clients and are upfront about
the costs, pitfalls and challenges of their cases.
If we take a case, we will do all within our power
to zealously work for a successful outcome.
